art outside the lines: exploring history
Entering Grades 3–5 | June 22- 26 | drop-off 9-9:30a, pick-up 5-5:30p
- Inspired by Western artists and the special exhibition Women Artists of the American West: Colorado & Utah 1885-1935, campers will explore how artists have historically represented landscape and place, learn about the styles of historic artists, and develop their own artistic persona and style.
- Through hands-on learning outdoors, campers will connect creativity, history, and the landscapes of the Tetons while trying their hand at plein air art (creating art outside rather than in a studio). This camp is for kids who enjoy art, creativity, and outdoor exploration.
