These stories were originally collected and preserved by the National Trust for Historic Preservation. The National Trust launched a fundraising campaign to save the old White Grass buildings and open the Western Center for Historic Preservation‘s Training Facility. With the successful conclusion of the National Trust’s fundraising campaign, an agreement was signed to preserve the Share Your Story database through the White Grass Heritage Project.
